Since the start of construction, Niangniang mountain park has always adhered to the development orientation of taking enterprises as the main body, taking industry as the platform, Party building as the guide, taking "three changes" as the starting point, and taking the way of "Park + joint village Party committee + farmers", the collective ecological forest, wetland and other resources in the core area as well as the funds and land contractual management rights of farmers are invested into the park Develop industries. In the construction and development of agricultural industry and tourist attractions, Niangniang Mountain Park actively explores the "three changes" reform mode of resources changing into assets, funds changing into shares, and farmers changing into shareholders, so as to form a benefit linkage mechanism of "sharing interests and sharing risks" with farmers.     
Resources become assets
Since August 2012, a total of 21800 mu of land has been invested into the cooperatives in shecook village and surrounding damba village, Xinzhai village, boqiu village and 10 villages in Huajia, Shunchang and Longchang townships of Shuicheng County. The shareholding period is 30 years. 6128 farmers have become shareholders of Yinhu cooperative, including 2352 poor households and 5913 poor people. The way of dividend is: in the first five years of producing benefits, the cooperative will pay 750 yuan, 520 yuan, 450 yuan and 300 yuan for guaranteed dividend. Daba village develops 300 mu of fine fruits such as blueberry, loquat, pomegranate, cherry, etc., and the guaranteed dividend is 750 yuan per mu, with an increase of 10% every five years. Kiwifruit industry 4200 acres, land shares guaranteed dividend 520 yuan per mu, every five years increase by 10%.
